Vishesh Khand was developed by Lucknow Development Authority, and the area comes under Gomti Nagar Phase II extension. Vishesh Khand comprises of 4 sectors viz: Vishesh-1, Vishesh-2, Vishesh-3 and Vishesh-4 with in total 13 parks. It is a very open area with 6 High Ways joining from Chinhat, Lucknow to Mantri Awas via Vishesh Khand. It has about 850 plots of different sizes and out of that 33% houses have been built. Recently area has been handed over to Lucknow Nagar Nigam for routine and other developments works.
